Hi I'm Alina! :)

I find happiness in bringing people joy and making them laugh (even with some pretty bad dad jokes)! I feel like helping people and seeing progress in what I do motivates me the most. I will always make sure no-one feels alone in my presence and I really enjoy talking but am more than comfortable chilling in silence also. I want to live life to the fullest, but I don't need fancy or "big" experiences for that. I enjoy small moments like really good food, laying in the sun (since I'm from Finland I don't take sunlight for granted), and good music. My goal is to live a happy life, take some risks and learn from them, and love the ups and downs that come in front of me

I have studied French, German and Russian in school but they are all very rusty now after some years (I might only remember some words from them now :( ). I would really like to learn them again and also improve my Swedish and English also. I'm open for all languages and would really like to learn new ones! :)

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I worked almost four years in a pizza restaurant. The last eight months I was the Shift Manager and in charge of our restaurants social media accounts. Our restaurant was a part of the biggest Finnish pizzeria chain, which is very sustainable and high quality brand (Kotipizza is the name of the brand if you want to check it out ;). My job in the restaurant describes my skills well and it included:

-Work in the pizzeria: preparing, packing, serving and delivering the products (we had our own delivery-car)

-Maintenance work: cleaning, doing the dishes, other irregular tasks like changing the lamps or figuring out solutions for unexpected problems

-Customer service: taking the orders in, answering our restaurants phone and making sure every customer is happy with their experience in our restaurant

-Being in charge for our social media accounts: planning, making and posting content, monitor the comments, advertise new products and sometimes organize raffles in our Instagram

-Shift Managers responsibility tasks: ordering and receiving our weekly ingredient loads, checking and calling maintenance for our restaurant machines if they broke down, replacing our Restaurant Manager when they were on holidays, respecting my position of trust (our workers could tell me about their worries confidentially and we discussed our restaurants business also confidentially with the management), training new workers, informing the staff about updates, new recipes etc, managing replacements for sick days, planning and reserving our staffs recreation-evenings, working closely/helping our manager, dealing with conflicts and just being present in the restaurant or a call away for help.

I also have a little experience working in a gallery, library, a small boutique and dogsitter :)

I'm a very responsible person, who will do their tasks well till the end but I'm always open for constructive feedback. I like to talk things through if there's any worries or problems. I have good social skills and like to clean and cook even outside work! When you give me a task or place or even a dog to take care of, I will treat it like my own and with respect. I'm also interested in art and DIY-projects that could help in some tasks.

I like to try new hobbies but right now I'm most interested in photography, gym and fashion. I like to watch comedies, read and spend time outside in the nature. I really enjoy live music and planning projects like parties or arts. I enjoy spending time with animals (and people) and I am an open minded person who will blend in almost everywhere! :)
