hey peeps!
I am now planning a gap semester after my studies, to have some time and figure out what it is I want to do further. And to meet interesting people and experience some cool adventures, of course!
I enjoy the sun (miss it in Denmark), trying new things and loooong walks. A bit of an adrenaline junkie.

My main motivation at work and at volunteer jobs is creating pleasant, impactful, and memorable experiences for others.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I have a year of experience as a receptionist (+ some bar and kitchen) at a hotel & hostel, and I worked in a kitchen (as a dishwasher) for two years. These jobs have taught me:
- managing hotel's front desk operations - including check-in and outs, reservations, and customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction
- Maintaining financial records, processing payments, and creating daily cash reports
- Complaint management - resolving guest issues promptly and effectively
- Handling emergency situations

In my current job, I have been working as a Project Manager, leading a learning program for students and graduates, helping them acquire soft skills and help in the transition to the job market:
- Conceptualising, planning, budgeting, executing and evaluating workshops with experts
- Planning, executing, and evaluating marketing & communications of the project
- Managing a team of volunteers
- Building and maintaining relationships with partner organisations, foundations, speakers,
and participants

I have also plenty of volunteering experience in various institutions (mainly cultural events), which gave me an opportunity to learn about event production, customer service, collaborating with people from different cultures, backgrounds and life situations, problem-solving, resourcefulness, and compassion. Moreover, I have organized intimate concerts and coordinated teams of volunteers.
