I am a dual citizen with Italy. I obtained it in 2013 with the Italian Consulate in Coral Gables, Florida, USA. I am wanting to learn how to do winemaking, even if it is for a season 4-6 months. My goal one day is to have an organic farm to table business. My family came from Lazio and Calabria and I have always had a strong attachment to my heritage and would like to learn from viticulture and enology in Italy. My hobbies are traveling, hiking, sports, architecture and trying new restaurants.
