Description

My name is Zunaira, and I work as a CTO with an international technology company. I have international experience working with people and organizations from different parts of the world, with a background in software engineering, Unity, VR/AR, education technology, research and innovation.

I’m joining Workaway because I want to experience a place through real human connections and cultural exchange, rather than simply travelling as a tourist. I’d love to learn about local life, traditions, food, family life and everyday experiences while also sharing my own culture and experiences.

I’m a peaceful, respectful and easy-going person and I really value kindness, meaningful conversations and learning from people with different backgrounds.

I’d be happy to contribute through teaching, mentoring, technology, educational activities, workshops or practical help, depending on what is useful for the host. I especially enjoy helping young people learn and explore new ideas.

Outside of technology, I enjoy travelling, nature, gardening, cooking, creativity, historical places and discovering local traditions.

For me, Workaway is about giving as much as receiving — learning from each other, helping where I can, and hopefully making genuine friendships and connections along the way. 🌍🤝

I’m especially interested in educational and cultural exchanges and would love to meet people who share that spirit.

I have a professional background in software engineering and technology and currently work as a CTO with an international company. My experience includes:

Software & cross-platform development

VR/AR and immersive experiences

Web/app development
Working with international teams and projects

Outside of technology, I really enjoy cooking my traditional food, gardening, home decoration and creative decorating. These are things I genuinely enjoy doing in my free time, and I’d be happy to help with them during my stay.

I also enjoy spending time with elderly people, listening to their stories and learning from their experiences, as well as being around families and local communities.

I’m happy to help with general household tasks, cooking, gardening, decoration, computers or other practical things where needed. I’m mainly looking for a genuine exchange where I can contribute naturally while learning from the people and culture around me.

I enjoy playing Ludo, badminton, cyclicing and other physical games, and I especially enjoy spending time playing with children and being part of family activities. I also like exploring new places, nature, gardening, cooking, home decoration and learning about local traditions. I’m always happy to join in for a game, activity or simple everyday experience with the people I stay with. 😊
