Description

I love the great outdoors, animals and the natural world. I enjoy being active, hiking, gardening and exploring new areas and cultures. I can work as part of a team or independently….I’m drama free and like to get stuff done. Happy in any weather - there’s no such thing as bad weather, just wrong clothing.

I don’t drink, smoke or do drugs but like most foods - no dietary restrictions. Much happier in the countryside than the city and enjoy lots of sports and trying new things. I’m clean and tidy, have a strong work ethic and like to do things well.

I have a positive outlook on life and a good sense of humour. I enjoy meeting new people but also happy spending time in my own company.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I have experience in :-
- Gardening - having had my own allotment for 5 years, growing fruit, vegetables and cut flowers.
- Animal experience - I have 18 years owning two dogs in the past and helped my sister in her small holding with goats, pigs, donkeys, poultry and ponies. In my youth I used to ride horses and have ridden in South Africa, the US and UK. I never owned horses but am interested in learning more about this.
- DIY - I can complete basic DIY, painting and building furniture etc
- Hiking - I am a member of a ramblers group in the Lake District, UK, and interested in Mountain Rescue teams.
- Hospitality - I have a holiday property in a busy UK tourist town and have experience in hospitality, communicating with guests and ensuring a good experience. I also have experience working in restaurants and hotels.

I have a corporate background in managing large projects so can work with PowerPoint, Excel and Word, can organise teams and complete documentation / forms to a professional standard.

I am interested in personal fitness (gym, running, basic yoga), wellbeing and the natural world. I love the mountains, hiking and beautiful scenery. I enjoy music, concerts, films, the theatre and live entertainment. I enjoy cooking, listening to experts in their field and learning new things.
