Description
Hiya,
We are Zara and Ellie and we love travelling, learning new languages and emerging ourselves in new cultures. We met in Cambodia on a project called International Citzen Service (ICS) working with children in deprived areas improving their education around global issues. Since then we have stayed good friends and both gone to UK universities to get degrees in Nursing and Neuroscience.
We are both fitness orientated, committing to long-distance running weekly which gives us a great appreciation of being outdoors and looking after the environment.
We both have worked multiple jobs in the hospitality industry and at festivals as bar staff. Over the last year, Zara worked as a landscape gardener, in a warehouse for a team building events company and as healthcare assistant (for the past 4 years) so has skills in DIY/ gardening, teamwork, leadership etc. Ellie committed to working as a retail assistant for the last few years, alongside completing 4 years of hospital placements as a student nurse at Manchester hospitals in the UK.
We absolutely love getting stuck into whatever work is thrown at us and have various skills to offer and pass on to other people.

I’m Ellie- my skills include people skills as I’m a qualified nurse at home. I enjoy interacting and helping people.
Me and Zara both lived away from home for uni so we are both independent and worked during university. We can cook, clean and are willing to learn new skills such as hands on work such as farming, fixing and handyman work.
