Description

My, name is Zac I'm 29 years old and have been traveling around for the past 10 years. I've been seeking to gain knowledge about myself and be open to new cultures and new experience looking to understand more about the world whilst shedding more light on my own ignorance. I'm been working as a Chef for awhile now and believe very much so in the connection between people and food and it's ability to break down cultural barriers. My dream is to open a community center/hostel/art space in the next 5-10 years and I'm currently exploring options to see what would make this work best. Just living life with an open mind and an open heart.

I have 7 years of cooking/ restaurant experience.
I've done a month of green building with straw bale. I have a strong back for different laboring jobs. I can paint and have illustration abilities.3 years Experience working and managing hostels in California and Australia. I've worked with cows and goats cleaning up and care taking for them. Gardening and planting and seeding beds.Working on a food truck.
