Food motivates me to travel. I am a chef by profession and passion. I have been backpacking since the age of 15, and have been to every corner of the world. The one thing that always sticks out to me about a culture is it’s good. Food represents everything about a country and culture. So I find myself always searching for more and more information about food and people.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Most things food:
preservation , foraging , (really cooking anything ), animal butchery (still a ongoing learning process)

Childcare is something my wife is amazing at. She runs childrens workshops back home and runs summer camps.

I pick up most things really fast especially if it’s a trade or physical skill.

I have a diploma in hospitality and tourism management. Have been in hospitality for 7 years working across all sorts of restaurants and tourism gigs .

I’m always a eager leaner and willing to try new things!
