Hello! My name is Yrsa.
I am an adventurous 24 years old, always exploring and connecting.

In the Netherlands I work as a passionate horse trainer and instructor specialized in trauma and problem behaviour. With my own herd of horses I also facilitate equine assisted coaching.
Through this I try to teach people and animals to grow in their unique strength.

I prefer to be outside all day in nature among the animals, that is where I can relax.
In addition, I am dedicated to a conscious lifestyle. I practice yoga and meditation, I love gardening, making herbal remedies and reading. I try to follow a healthy, mainly vegan, diet.

I feel like it is time to explore the world a bit more and travel around to learn from different people and places. In particular, I would like to learn more about conscious, self-sufficient living and permaculture.

I have a lot of experience in caring for and training animals.
Working with my hands, especially in the garden is something I like.
In the past I have given yoga classes.
Cooking is a passion of mine, always healthy and mainly vegan.
I also like making all sorts of healing tinctures, soaps and salves from natural ingredients.
