Hello! My name is Grace. I'm from the United States, and I recently finished studying environmental science and politics at university. I spent the last three months working in Aotearoa New Zealand, and now I'm traveling around South East Asia to learn more about syntropic agroforestry and permaculture.

I have a passion for sustainable food. Over the past few years, I worked in a permaculture garden in Sweden, and in several silvopasture farms and syntropic agroforestry systems in New Zealand. I also interned at several community gardens in the U.S. and New Zealand.

I love cooking, dancing, and being active outdoors (hiking, trail running, etc). I adore animals and connecting over games!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Since I've worked in multiple permaculture gardens, I have experience planting, weeding, and harvesting. I can also help pickle and can your produce. If you are interested in food forests or agroforestry, we will be a good fit!

I love to cook. I'm great at following recipes or being creative with whatever is in the fridge. Some of my favorite dishes are wontons in chili oil, ramen, and golden apple galettes.

I'm very organized and good at cleaning.

I can help with odd tasks including pressure washing, landscaping, building fires, etc.

I've taken 9 years of Spanish classes, and I studied abroad in Costa Rica last spring. I can help you practice your Spanish and recommend Spanish resources to keep your language skills in tune.

I'm great with animals. I grew up around cats, dogs, and horses. If your dog needs a groom, walk, or run, I'm your girl.

I worked at a university writing center for 3 years, so if you are writing an application or a letter, or if your kids are applying to college or fellowships, I can help!
