Hey! I’m Wanda from Vienna (Austria) and happy to Start my work away adventure :)

I’m a trained Stage- and costume Designer (University Mozarteum).

Since i can remember i was drawing (a lot, in elementary school too much for my teachers) and this was my door opener for every school, university and job i was applying for. Consequently i got most (if not all) of my working experience in and around the arts (opera, film-sets, theater, museums, galleries, festivals, etc.)

Besides drawing and building stuff, i love learning languages (most consequently french, but started also with russian again), sports (running, surfing, acrobatics and always trying new disciplines that cross my way), cooking and overall having a good time with friends, neighbours, lovely people !

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

As mentioned i did my 4 years diploma training on Stage- and costume design at the university mozarteum. There i tried a tone of things in and around the theatrical context such as light design, digital composing, directing, performing, writing etc. Nevertheless my eduction core was on planing, designing and building theatrical spaces and costumes.

Throughout my 4 years of studies i was working with and at the salzburg festival (opera), the vienna burgtheater (theatre), red bull (film), the leipzig book fair (film), etc. etc.

Working in the field of art education with kids and teens (youngest 6 yrs - oldest 16 yrs) was a real eye opener for me. There i had the possibility to realize, that i prefer to make „an impact“, than to work with the big names of the industry.

So to summerize what my usefull skills are, here comes a list:
•drawing/illustrating/designing
•planing/building/constructing
•working with kids and teens
•education on and with arts
•film production
•i‘m a pretty good driver (but probably every car owner says that about himself)
•home renovations (i have lived and worked on quite a lot of constructions, since i have a passion for old and damaged houses)
