Hey there!
Thanks for having a look on my profile.
I am Vi from Germany.
Traveling is a passion of mine and I always enjoy being outsinde. Currently I spend most of my time indoors studying climate and environmental science. But I like to go hiking and I am rather good at cooking vegetarian and vegan dishes and making pastry.
I'm a curious person and love to learn new things. So what ever you need help with I'd be delighted to help you with your work or project whether it is some cooking or producing, building, gardening or farming, or other things.
The various ways of living a more sustainable life interest me and I like to learn about the oppinions and views people develop during their lifes.
I am exited about beekeeping and subsistence gardening or farming.
Also I'd love to improve my French.
Although not via workaway, I've done some volunteering before, mostly with animals. I don't mind hard work and getting my hands dirty but I also really enjoy being creative.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I'm a trained pastry chef and I like to cook vegetarian and vegan dishes a lot and I've been working in Cafés, so I also have some experience as a waitress and service in general.
Also I pick up most of the things pretty fast in general and I like to do things thoroughly.
To give you an overview of things I've already done : I painted rooms, looked after gardens, worked on vegetable fields, took care of animals, cleaned pretty messy rooms, build (bigger) enclosures and small huts, although the last two things I've done with others and with instructions.
I also used to babysit younger family members.
If you want to and have wool and needels I can teach you how to knit socks. Also I'd love to share some pastry making skills if your interested or teach you how to make chocolate pralines
