Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Yoga & Wellness:
Certified Yoga Teacher. I can offer daily yoga sessions, meditation, and mindfulness practices for hosts or guests.

Geography & Environment: University degree in Geography. Strong knowledge of ecology, sustainability, and spatial planning

Volunteer Work: Hands-on experience working in a National Park, supporting conservation and environmental education

Agriculture & Farming: Volunteer work in Peru, focusing on traditional coffee and cacao cultivation and production. Seeding, fertilising, pruning, harvesting.

What I can help with
Teaching: Leading yoga, stretching, or breathing classes

Eco-Projects:
Reforestation, trail maintenance, and conservation work

Farming:
Seeding, pruning, harvesting, weeding, and general farm chores

Languages: Happy to practice languages and help with cultural exchange. (speak some Spanish and German)

I am an excellent cook and baker. I love exploring flavours and hosting tastings for food and drinks, especially wine.
I play the piano, am currently learning the guitar, and love live music. I enjoy going to festivals and am highly experienced working there—whether it is at the front, backstage, or on stage.
