Description

My name is Veronika, I am a 24 years old Czech (from Prague) living and working in Austria.

I am passionate about history and a member of the SCA (The Society for Creative Anachronism). I also enjoy sewing and occasionally helping out at the farm of my acquaintances in North Moravia/Czechia. I also have an experience in taking care of horses - stabling, feeding, cleaning, but also riding - eI used to help at the Reitclub Donaustadt in Vienna. I was raised in Prague, but I now live and work in Vienna. I am keen in exploring Canada/ New Zealand/ Australia.

A very interesting experience would also be for me to volunteer in Iceland, as I have only heard great stories from my friend working up there on a farm!

I have over a year of experience in hospitality - I would be happy to help in this direction too, if needed/wanted.
I enjoy spending time in nature and love activities like camping in the wild or backpacking.

I am very reliable and like to have my work done - for over two years now, I have been working as a secretary on a full time basis, where reliability is a must.
I would also describe myself as friendly, very easy to get excited about new things and animal loving. As I spend most of my year in Europeans capitals, I am genuinely looking for more rular experience, outside of bigger cities, when possible.

I have also been taking classes in hungarian zither, which I am open to teach, if wanted!

Childcare experience:
From the age 15 to 19, I took care of kids aged usually between 6-13, who had to repeat classes or that were generally bad at school - I helped them with their homeworks and took care or them after the school. In the age of 17, I took care of a 6-year old girl, as her mother usually had to say at work until late evenings; providing the girl with food, activites, and basic hygiene.
Relevant certificates/skills: *basic* qualification in dealing with people who are depressed or that have mental disoders (focus on autistic kids) - issued by the University of Vienna
