Greetings,

I'm on a journey to expand my skills and embrace new challenges in diverse environments. My focus lies in the realms of self-sustainability, innovative and traditional agricultural methods, spending time with animals, working on farms, and contributing to public health initiatives. I would really like to learn more outdoors skills with foraging and building with raw materials, and anything animal related, like keeping Bees, Goats, Sheep and Chickens.
During my downtime, I find inspiration in reading, and listening to captivating stories, engaging with new people, exploring documentaries and podcasts, conducting research and learning from wide-ranging sources.

When I explore new destinations, my first stop is often cultural museums, where I immerse myself in local history, savoring regional cuisines and collecting recipes to recreate a variety of authentic dishes at home. I love to cook! Even more so for people who love to eat.

I am a dedicated self-learner in philosophy, spirituality, and various sciences, maintaining a robust reading and writing habit. Physically, I prioritize my well-being through activities like trekking, rock climbing, meditation, swimming, and regular walks, or anything outdoors. Additionally, I adhere to daily practices that contribute to my overall well-being and mental health.

Animals hold a special place in my heart, I had a Doberman for 11 years who sadly passed away in 2020. This experience inspired me to embark on a journey through Asia, allowing me to forge connections with both people and animals, resulting in a myriad of enriching experiences.

I am excited about the prospect of bringing my skills and passion to new community's.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I grew up working seasonly (summers) in bars and restaurants for a decade, alongside te

10-15 years of maintenance, restorations and general building work (during long UK winters)

Resuting in learning valuable skills in building, like;
Mixing and using concrete with brick & Masonary work
Wood framing, joinery & finishing
Plastering & rendering
Kitchen & bathroom work
Basic Electrical work & rewiring
Painting, decorating and furnishings
Roofing, tiling & weather sealing
Driving and using agricultural and farm equipment.
I can build and fix most things, and I really enjoy restoring old things, upcycling and repurposing anything I can, or at least I try first before I buy anything new.

Then, moving to London in my late 20s to study Nutritional Science (BSc) and Public Health & Sports Nutrition (MSc). Mainly working in office roles in sales/marketing and general management.

Alongside my commercial experience, my passion is in nutrition and health, with sustainable, innovative, regenerative, and natural agricultural and farming initiatives.

I'm currently working on a long-term project to set up an innovative global agricultural non-profit.

I have been travelling around Asia living and visiting mamy countries for the last 2 years. I'm currently in Greece.

I love to socialise playing cards, board games and learning new games. Bonus points for a stratigical, fun game. Actvie or not.
