Hey!
We’re a open-minded and relaxed couple from Northern Germany, traveling together on our first long-term adventure — around 10 months through Southeast Asia on a low budget. We’re easygoing and always up for new experiences, whether that’s learning new skills, meeting inspiring people, or simply sharing everyday life.

We enjoy slower moments, quieter places, and meaningful conversations. But we also enjoy adventures time and some adrenaline. We adapt easily and usually get along well with all kinds of people.

About us as a couple:
- Till comes from a hotel & hospitality background in Germany and worked one year in Austria as a server in a luxury spa hotel. He’s practical, reliable, used to long days, and good at keeping things organized, running smoothly and helping wherever hands are needed.
- Josi is a trained childcare worker (educator) with experience in a school.
She also has good experience in hospitality from her part-time jobs. She’s patient, warm, creative, great with people (especially kids), and brings a calm, positive energy into groups.

We both lived independently for several years and are used to taking responsibility — not just traveling, but contributing. For us, Workaway is about exchange, learning, and being part of a place, not just passing through.

We’re new to Workaway, but motivated, respectful, and happy to help with anything from daily tasks to creative projects. We’re excited to step out of our comfort zone, collect real-life experiences, and connect with hosts and travelers from all over the world.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

We bring a mix of practical skills, people skills, and hands-on experience. We are both used to working independently, taking responsibility, and helping where needed.

He (Till)
• Background in hotel and hospitality in Germany, with one year of work experience in Austria
• Practical, reliable, and used to long working days
• Good at organizing daily tasks, keeping things running well, and helping wherever help is needed
• Grew up on a small farm, comfortable with most animals and outdoor work
• Enjoys physical activity, especially ball sports
• Grew up with a craftsman father, so tools are familiar and basic repairs and maintenance are no problem

She (Josi)
• Trained childcare worker (educator) with experience in a school
• Patient, kind, creative, and very good with people — especially children
• Grew up around dogs and cats and feels comfortable working with them or also other kind of animals
• Worked 4–5 years in gastronomy while training, with experience in service, teamwork, and busy environments
• Interested in yoga, retreats, and holistic living, and open to learning and helping in these areas

Together, we are flexible, motivated, and fast learners. We are happy to help with many different tasks — including hospitality and guest support, childcare, farm work, animal care, basic maintenance, and daily projects. We are not afraid of physical work and always bring a positive and cooperative attitude to a team.

In our free time, we enjoy all kinds of card games and board games — from classic games to more special or strategic ones. We also play and enjoy chess, both casually and more focused.

Sports are an important part of our lives. One of us played handball for many years, and in general we enjoy all kinds of ball sports. We also like to go for a run or do bodyweight workouts.

Josi is also interested in yoga and mindful movement. She has joined retreats and enjoys calm, balanced activities as well as active ones.

We like sharing these hobbies with others and see them as a great way to connect, relax, and enjoy time together.
