Description
We are Leen(30) & Magali (32), two Belgian backpackers, who love to travel and discover the world. In November 2022 we left home not knowing when we would return.
We flew to Australia on a working holiday visa, bought a van and drove the lap of Australia, while working here and there. We then discovered New Zealand in 5 weeks and backpacked through Asia for another 5 months.
In May 2024, we suddenly decided to go home. Not enjoying every single second of it anymore and being tired of changing constantly, searching information each day. We felt the urge to settle again for a while. We are currently working the summer and planning our next steps, South-America.
We love the different cultures, connecting with people from all over the world and are always keen to do stuff next to traveling. We love nature, hiking, the ocean, ...
We are two very social girls (Leen is still improving her English so is very talkative while trying), love an occasional glass of wine and we love to try out new food ourselves.
Leen grew up on the countryside on a cow farm, while Magali grew up in a small city.
In previous workaways, we were used to do gardening, doing the usual household chores, do some painting but are keen on learning new skills.

Both worked in hospitality since the age of 15 and are never getting bored of it.
Although, we love to do all kind of work as we are always very keen for new experiences.
We love the outdoors, animals, ...
