Description

Hi, we're Sven and Sophia, a couple traveling Canada for one year. We love to be outdoors in nature, around animals and have a basic understanding of farming. Before we worked at the front desk in a ski resort (Sophia) and as a baker (Sven) for some years. Sophia loves cooking and working with fresh vegetables and produce and learned cooking in school for 5 years. She is also very organized and loves to have a plan.
Sven is a passionate sourdough bread baker and has also experience with gardening work. He is hard-working, focused and patient at work but also likes to have some fun.
We are both open to learn new skills and like help wherever it's needed.
We are very open and honest and love to meet new people and make some friends along the way.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I am 34 years old and a trained baker and have been working in this profession for 18 years. I value good products and baking with sourdough and without baking mixes. I like to learn more in my job and also like to pass on my knowledge.
In my last company I also worked part-time as a janitor in a hotel. Where I was busy in the garden, painting and did other small repairs.
We also did a lot of things ourselves at home, such as small renovations to the house and making firewood ourselves.
Otherwise, I am also very open to new things and like to learn.
