Hello everyone!
We are Steve and Angela, a friendly and amiable couple, enjoying a quiet life far removed from the sights and sounds of cities. This will be our fourth workaway together and my fifth in total. For our last trip we converted a transit van into a camper doing all the woodwork, electrics, plumbing etc ourselves. Our only harrowing time in the van was when we drove her 2500m up and over the Pyrenees! What a morning that was!
We helped out in France and Portugal for 5 months when the borders reopened in 2020 and I also had four months in Portugal in 2011. Our duties included garden maintenance, outdoor furniture making, painting, rendering, general diy, permaculture and animal care to name but a few. We've been together 12 years now We've always worked hard, spending many years running pubs, our last one was bliss, craft and Belgian beers, no TV, no sport and only a once a month acoustic night as music.
We are looking for a few weeks while we process our visa application. We're very much into outdoor work, general diy and we love most animals, we feel we can turn our hands to more or less anything.

We take pride in whatever we do, we've a strong work ethic and are happy, easy going and I think nice people to be around. We enjoy people and learning from others but we do also enjoy quiet time just the two of us. We're keen recyclers and repurposers (is that the right word?)
