Description

My name is Stella, I am 21 years old and from Germany. I am currently studying Applied Musicology near Munich.

Last year, I spent my gap year traveling. I went solo backpacking, explored different countries, and completed a Workaway experience. Through these travels, I became more open-minded and curious, which is why I want to use my free time during my studies to continue traveling whenever possible.

Traveling brings me a lot of joy, especially because I love meeting new people and learning about different cultures. I feel comfortable in new environments and enjoy working as part of a team, while also being able to work independently. I consider myself reliable, positive and openminded. Whether it involves practical work, daily tasks, or creative projects, I am always happy to help where needed and do my best. Through Workaway, I hope not only to support my hosts, but also to gain authentic insights into local life and meaningful experiences.

I really enjoy spending time with children and have gained experience through Workaway as well as my previous job as a babysitter. I am also happy to assist with household tasks while staying with a host and am always willing to try new things. Being an open and warm-hearted person, I enjoy creating a positive atmosphere and making others smile :)

Music plays a big role in my life. I spend a large part of my free time playing the violin and piano and enjoy participating in various projects and concerts, including performing in a classical orchestra, a choir, or playing music with friends. In addition to music, I enjoy cooking, creative activities, and staying active through sports, such as going to the gym.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I have experience in all the important tasks in managing a household such as cleaning, doing laundry, cooking and baking.
During my time as a babysitter, I gained experience in caring for children and also provided recorder lessons for kids.

As a member of an orchestra, I am used to collaborating with others, being flexible, and working diligently.
At university, in orchestra, in my string quartet and in church, I have also taken on organizational roles, which can translate well into managing household responsibilities.

I would be delighted to contribute musically to the hoseand share my knowledge if wanted :)
