Description

Hello,

we are Tatjana (27) and Stefan (27), a couple from Austria. We are currently traveling through Central America and the Caribbean. In our “normal” life back home, we both work as teachers. Tatjana teaches Biology, Art, and Home Economics, while Stefan teaches Geography and Physics.

We are nature lovers and are especially interested in plants, animals, and different cultures. Our previous experience in forestry, gardening, various DIY and craft projects, as well as a good amount of creativity, helps us handle tasks in many different fields.

Stefan enjoys being active and loves sports such as hiking, surfing, climbing, skiing, swimming, and playing soccer.

Tatjana enjoys small art projects like drawing, painting, and block printing. She is part of a gymnastics club and loves spending time in beautiful natural surroundings.

We both enjoy game nights (board and card games) and having a great time with friends.

We hope this gives you a little impression of who we are, and we are looking forward to an exciting time and getting to know friendly people.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Stefan's Skills:
My skills include working with metal, such as sawing, drilling, turning, milling, and sheet metal working. In the summer, I make firewood using chainsaws and wood splitters. My skills also include working with electronics and electrical connections. Regarding wood as a material, I have produced various small pieces of furniture and helped to install wooden slats on the exterior façade of my brother-in-law's company. I also enjoy gardening, working with animals, and agricultural work in general.
​In the winter I am normally a ski instructor, but that might not be of much use now. :)
​I speak German (native) and English and would love to learn more languages like Spanish and French.

​Tatjana's Skills:
Teaching & Kids: I have a lot of experience with children of all ages.
​Art & Creativity: I love drawing, painting, and printing. I am also experienced in painting walls if you want to brighten up your space!
​Handywork: I am good at fixing things, especially woodwork. I enjoy crafting useful things and repairing furniture.
​Gardening & Animals: I have experience with forestry, gardening, and taking care of farm animals.
​In the Kitchen: Since I teach Home Economics, I am a very good cook! I love preparing healthy and delicious meals.
​Languages: I speak German (native) and English fluently. I also know a little bit of Spanish and am always happy to learn more!
​We both love to cook and are very interested in new foods and like to try all new things.
Also, we can work together very well. :)
