Actuellement, nous sommes

Description

As a married couple, we are motivated by the desire to grow and learn together as a team.
At the moment we are on a 2 year trip through Europe with our bus called "Bobby", so we don't need accommodation but only a place to park our car.
We love taking on new challenges and experiencing new things, whether it's learning a new language, trying new foods, or exploring new places. We also find great fulfillment in helping others and making a positive impact in their lives.

Additionally, we are happiest when we are surrounded by good company and engaging in meaningful conversations or activities. We value openness, kindness, and authenticity in our relationships, and we believe that everyone has something unique and valuable to offer.

Overall, we are excited to connect with hosts and other Workawayers who share similar values and interests, and we are looking forward to learning from and contributing to this community in meaningful ways as a couple.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

As a married couple, we have a diverse range of skills and abilities that we can bring to a Workaway experience.

We both come from rural backgrounds and are accustomed to hard work and getting our hands dirty. Stefan is a trained educator and has extensive experience working with people who have mental health issues, which has equipped him with a range of social competencies. We also both have a background in industrial mechanics, which makes us technically and mechanically inclined.

Additionally, Miriam is originally from South Africa and has a unique perspective and experience to share. She has a Master of Science in Business Administration and brings a breath of fresh air to every project or company with her experience in this field.
Stefan has volunteered in Africa before, specifically working with street children, which has given him valuable insights and skills that can be applied to a variety of projects or tasks.
We are both very reliable and correct people (this characteristic is also attributed to us Germans :P) and speak fluent English.

We believe that our combined skills and abilities make us adaptable and versatile volunteers
