Hi to everyone who is reading this!

I‘m a 19 years old german girl who is excited to be traveling this year. I just finished school and will be traveling around Southeast Asia and Australia.

I did one workaway before and I truly loved it. I'm convinced, that it‘s a great opportunity to learn about new cultures and do charity work.

I love to be surrounded by nature and animals. I grew up in a small town where everyone had pets, including my family. We have a small dog and my first workaway was with dogs so I‘m pretty experienced in training and take care of them. At home I have a lot of houseplants, but I also like to help in the garden.

I think my friends would describe me as organised, prudent and kind, so I would love to help in a structured and friendly environment, but I’m also open to new situations.

I‘m motivated to gain new experiences by travelling and helping wherever people or animals need it!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

In my freetime I volunteered at children‘s group (6-12years) for three years and taught them gymnatics. I did gymnastics myself for a long time, but the last few weeks i've been more into yoga.

At home we have a dog so I have some experience in taking care of animals.

I also helped out several times at a riding stable, went to horses camps and had riding lessons a few years ago.

My latest workaway was at the Animal Army in Thailand, a hospital for animals, where I cleaned dog cages and fed the dogs everyday. I also had a glimpse into the medical care of the dogs, I cleaned their wounds and had the opportunity to watch some surgerys.

After school and here in Australia I worked as a waitress where I learnd about working in service and help in the kitchen.

Two years ago I did an internship in a hospital in nursing department, which showed me how interesting medicine is in general.

I also did some charity work in a second hand shop in england for three weeks.
