Quelles sont vos compétences ?

We are a fit and active couple in our early 60's. We have both travelled extensively and are skilled at navigating our way around languages and cultures that are foreign to us. We own our own home in NZ and do all upkeep and normal maintenance required for maintaining a household. We have had pets (cats and dogs) all our adult lives and have exceptional dog walking capability.
Professionally we have both been in the wine industry for most of our careers - Elise as a hands on winemaker and now as a lecturer, Simon in the business and sales side.
We maintain a 1ha lifestyle property which includes numerous fruit trees and a vegetable garden so we are able to look after plants.
We think of ourselves as being generally pretty able to tackle a wide variety of tasks as they come up.

Our time in Taboada was a chance to pause and experience a slower pace of life. Lisa and Stewart were kind hosts ensuring we had the best experience possible. What a dynamic pair these two are! They were unstoppable in the garden: clearing, weeding, and brush cutting with enthusiasm. Simon and Elise spent an excellent 3 weeks with us helping with loads of outside stuff. They were very motivated, extremely conscientious and hardworking with high energy levels, and a lot of fun to be with.

Victoria and Harris were great hosts. They have a stunning property that really is special. We kept busy doing garden maintenance but had plenty of time to explore the surrounding area which is super interesting and full of UNESCO World Heritage sites.
