    Bonjour,
    I have been studying cinema and more precisely documentary. I am a freelance journalist and had the chance to go explore Asian countries for a year back in 2012. I am currently leaving in Paris preparing for a long term project. I would rather use my free time . Hopefully you will host me one day and we will get to share a moment. Aside of my mediatic work i always kept a food in food industry, which i might go back to when i am ready🤞My main focus through workaway i is working in hospitality/organic permaculture /food related places so i can practice and learn from passionate people. And give back.

    I am passionate about history and especially food history.
    I built a brewery with 2 friends in France 10 years ago, so i can tell you about beer creation even if i don't drink it. fermentation is my interest
    I like to cook and mostly learn how to cook new recipe from people. I learn History threw food and recipes, every spice or tradition is the result of migration/trade and fascination stories. our global story, the big picture.
    I am a quick learner who likes to help out and get to discover new skills.
