Quelles sont vos compétences ?

-am currently attending course with Eckhart Tolle called "Becoming a Teacher of Presence" and other courses connected with energy work and shamanic techniques with great teachers Alberto Villoldo and Jeffrey Allen
-meditation, being in the present moment
-I have 15 years of experience with Traditional Hatha Yoga and lot of meditation practises
-->I would be happy to guide a meditation, give some teaching about working with energy and offer energy healing

-for more than 5 years I was an owner of cafe and bakery in Prague where I was using my cooking and baking skills, decorating food, doing customer service, creating menu, being manager, taking care of my team and also I was designing the whole kitchen area so I think I have good sense for practicality, no waste solutions and just how to make things easier but still beautiful in our daily life


-I also have good cleaning skills
