Hi there! We’re Charlotte and Simon, a couple currently traveling through Australia. We're excited to share our skills, learn new ones, and become part of a warm Aussie family while gaining a deeper understanding of local life.

Charlotte : I’m a teacher with a passion for working with children and nurturing their growth. With experience in both classroom teaching and one-on-one tutoring, I enjoy creating engaging lessons, supporting learning, and helping children develop confidence. I’m patient, communicative, and love to inspire young minds. I also have a background in organizing educational activities, so I’d be more than happy to offer help with schoolwork, homeschooling, or child care. I’m excited to bring these skills to a family setting and share the joy of learning with your kids!

Simon: I’m a qualified tree surgeon with experience in tree care, maintenance, and removal. I’m skilled in using various tools and machinery to safely and efficiently care for trees, and I have a deep respect for the environment and the natural world. I’ve worked on everything from pruning to tree planting, and I’m passionate about sustainability and preserving nature. I can offer help with general outdoor maintenance, landscaping, and anything that requires a keen eye for tree health and safety. I also have some handy skills in woodwork and small outdoor projects!

Together, we’re a hardworking and flexible team ready to lend a hand on anything that comes our way. We’re especially interested in learning more about hobby farming, sustainable living, and eco-friendly building methods as we work toward our dream of having our own eco home. We’d love to contribute to any farming or gardening tasks, and we’re eager to pick up new skills along the way!
