Hello! I am an energetic traveler with a love for simplicity, learning and creativity. I was a teacher for eight years and then a software engineer for two. I chose to quit my job in June 2024 and have been traveling since then.

I love working with my hands and have experience in gardening/farming, construction, house renovation as well as hostel work. I work well with others and pick up new skills quickly. For recreation, I enjoy surfing, running, hiking, biking, reading, writing, creating.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I worked in a garden store in Michigan for 3 years and spent a month wwoofing on a market farm in Portugal. I can plant, harvest, weed, prune, water, package, build raised beds and trellises, etc.

I spent a week helping a man in France apply a first layer of plaster to the walls of his straw bail eco home.

I volunteered at a family home stay in Sri Lanka. I helped them manage their booking.com and hostelworld bookings, clean, prepare meals, and check in guests.

I renovated my own home and have worked on many home builds with family. I can paint, demo, install and assemble most anything with instructions or a YouTube video, cut and construct with wood.

I was a teacher for 8 years so I am good at explaining and have a lot of patience.
