Description

My focus right now is to find a home away from home that encourages and teaches holistic wellbeing. I have been practicing yoga for more than two years now and would like to expand beyond the intermediate level so that one day I can teach it.
This year my intent is to get back on track, pick up where I left off, continue to travel and make meaningful connections with whom I can share a moment of mindfulness, and tea of course!

About me:
I'm a mindful being who loves to learn about human behavior and cognition, which is why I got my A.A. in Psychology. I am fascinated with the human mind, how it develops, grows, how it heals and changes as we age, and even how it adapts to a myriad of events such as brain injury, traumatic events, and environment shifts. I could go on and on about this and believe me I do with the right people.

Why do I want to travel you may ask... It's simple. I crave community and new experiences that allow me to develop a deeper insight into how we can gain profound understanding of the purpose and meaning of our existence, which involves delving into existential questions by means of introspection, philosophical inquiry, and spiritual exploration, and it requires that I get out of my comfort zone and search for individuals and communities that are also on the same path. That's why. :D
