Hi, my name's Simon
I'm 23 and I study biology in an university in Bordeaux, France.
I did a lot of travelling with my parents and little sister when I was younger, going where the wind would lead us. Now that I've grown up a bit, I'm looking forward to travelling on my own, meeting new and different people and learning as much as I can of other cultures and countries !

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
Some experience in teaching things (maths, chess, tennis...), which I liked alot and made more patient to people in general.
BAFA (french diploma for youth worker).
Some computer skills, been playing quite alot when I was younger, so I ended up learning some stuff about how to build a computer
I've been homeschooling since my 8 and we used to travel in camping-car out of France for some months every year. I met many people from many countries that I won't be listing down here but in the end it made me enjoy very much the travels and the opportunity to meet new people with different cultures.

Simon was a social and enthusiastic volunteer who happily joined in every invitation and experience during his stay. His sense of humor kept us all laughing, and I’ll admit, I even fell for some of his jokes!

Amazing experience ! Easily one of my highlights in Japan 😀
I stayed there for 2 weeks and loved cooking with and for the kids, playing games with them and participating in the winter camp with them for 3 days !

My time with Lucie and Yuni was unlike any other workaway experience, I felt like I was sharing their lives during my whole time there and Lucie straight up made me feel at home at her place.

I had an amazing time at Riccardo's place this summer, staying 3 weeks from August 18th to September 8th.
My job there was very pleasant, taking care of the house, the pets and never took more than 3 hours and was often closer to 1. The instructions were made very clear and whenever I had a question, Riccardo was answering as fast as he could.

Simon, a very smart, calm, polite, easy going and well structured young man, spent 2 weeks here on the farm.
He baked delicious Pizza for us and he even wasn't too tired to bake cookies for the other workawayers late at night. We all enjoyed it very much!
