Greetings from Finland to everyone all over the world!
We are a couple from southern Finland who met in Indonesia in 2016 and have since traveled almost 40 countries together and we've done workaway in Myanmar, Laos and Cambodia. Both of us have studied and are professionally engaged with human rights and social work. In our opinion every child should have the right to learn. Education is the key to success and happiness!
We are reliable and independent people with a kind, relaxed, empathetic attitude who loves nature, animals and simply put, a happy life. We are open to all new learning experiences, love meeting new people, learning about new cultures and with a wide range of skills and work experience we are adaptable to different jobs and tasks.
Saska Sarnikorpi has travelled solo around the world, visiting all the different continents, making friends, learning about cultures and working. With a Bachelor of Humanities in Civic Activity and Youth Work and working in various projects with e.g. young people, refugees and drug abusers in co-operation with e.g. The Finnish Red Cross, Saska has great social skills and knowledge in pedagogics, teaching and human rights, and foremost, loves working with people! Saska is also an certified 'Teaching English As A Foreign Language' teacher and 'iPhotography Certified Photographer', who comes with a passion for teaching, photography, skateboarding, meditation, human behavior and all things that have to do with exploring the inner and outer world! Saska also has a wide range of work experience from making wine to construction work and human rights projects.
Elisa Vesterinen has traveled widely around Europe, Asia, USA and Australia. She has a wide set of skills ranging from her Bachelor of Social Services to cooking as a certified chef and caring as a certified practical nurse. Elisa has a wide range of work experience in different kinds of projects and work areas including working with children, helping elderly people, assisting students in their practical nursing studies as a work-coach and working with mentally disabled people. With Elisa's knowledge, imagination, understanding of human-beings and passion for most situations she encounters, she adjusts well to every situation in life and spreads sunshine whereever she goes.
We are open-minded, love learning about new cultures and needles to say we strongly share a passion for travel, adventure and new experiences. With a similar set of values and goals in life and Elisa being more creative, imaginative and open, while Saska is more organized and straight-forward, we make a great couple in achieving our dreams in life!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
We both speak English (Saska is a certified TEFL teacher), Bachelors degree in civic activity and youth work, Certified photographer, social work and human rights knowledge, social skills, great with people/kids, travel and everyday survival skills along with being very adaptable and creative in different situations winery knowledge, driving car and forklift, and we can use power tools and we are in good physical condition for hard labor too!
