Hi! My name is Sara, I have just graduated from communication and media science this summer. Next to that, I have worked basically all my life in the customer service indrusty, which taught me how important kindness, patience, and understanding communication really are. I genuinely enjoy connecting with people, helping others, and creating positive experiences through everyday interactions.
I love being in international environments and meeting people from different cultures and backgrounds. Over the years, I have worked in fast-paced and multicultural settings, which made me very adaptable, open-minded, and curious about the world. Recently, I also participated in an intensive international program in Helsinki focused on creative storytelling and green communication, where I worked closely with people from different countries and perspectives.

What makes me happiest is feeling useful, learning new things, and sharing experiences with others. I enjoy both creative and practical tasks, whether it is helping organize something, working with people, taking care of guests, contributing to a project, or simply being part of a warm and welcoming environment, and the list really just goes on. I love being around people, learning about them, helping them in various ways, creating new connections. I feel like that at this point in my life, I would really love to slow down a little from the corporate world, explore different ways of living, improve myself personally.

I am very interestied in learning languages in general, I lived abroad twice, so learning a bit of those languages was always super important for me. I cannot wait to learn more. On the other hand, I was working and studying in intercultural environments, so my English skills are very good, I'd be also happy to teach English.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I would describe myself as a very people-oriented, adaptable, and responsible person. Most of my experience comes from customer service, hospitality, and international environments, where I learned how to communicate effectively, solve problems calmly, and work well both independently and as part of a team.

I have worked as cabin crew at Ryanair, in hospitality in Montenegro, and currently as a Front Desk Specialist Intern at Shapr3D, so I also gained insights from IT envrinments. These experiences taught me a lot about organization, multitasking, teamwork, and creating a positive atmosphere even in stressful situations. I am comfortable working with people from different cultures and backgrounds, and I enjoy environments where no two days are the same.

Through my studies and projects in communication and marketing, I also gained experience in event support, content creation, campaign planning, and visual communication. I am confident using tools like Microsoft Office and Canva, and I enjoy creative tasks as much as practical ones.

I am a quick learner and always willing to help where needed. Whether it is welcoming guests, organizing tasks, helping with social media, supporting a team, or learning something completely new, I genuinely enjoy contributing and being useful.

I also really enjoy spending time with children. I have two younger cousins: one is 9 months old and the other is 8 years old, and I help out with them a lot. I love being part of their everyday lives, whether it is playing with them, taking care of them, or just spending quality time together. It always makes me happy, and I think it has made me a more patient, caring, and attentive person as well.
