Hi, I'm Saji (DaHu) :)

I am a Being living this life, trying to feel and fill all that is inside me and around me with presence and care for every moment we are living.

I was born in Iran, where my roots took hold, and then life led me to Brussels. There, I studied art, painting, and sculpture, and also learned carpentry, working with both wood and metal. This journey allowed me to connect with creativity and craftsmanship in new ways, and I found joy in the process of learning.

For the last two years, I lived in the south of France, on a farm nestled in the Pyrenees. It was a beautiful, peaceful space—a shelter for animals, including gentle donkeys, and a natural reserve where nature thrived. I spent my days immersed in this peaceful environment, where I built a wooden house in the heart of the forest. I worked alongside the donkeys, learned from the land, and grew in harmony with the natural world. Every day was a chance to nurture, to create, and to witness the deep connection between life, nature, and the work of our hands.

I’ve always felt that life offers us many different things—sometimes easy, sometimes hard—but in every moment, there’s an opportunity to find joy, to find beauty, even in the smallest of things. I love to live with attention to the details. I approach everything with openness, whether the task is small or large, simple or complex. I believe that in every action, whether it’s taking care of a space, working with my hands, or sharing time with others, there is joy to be found. And I love sharing that joy with those around me.

Having grown up in communal spaces and always lived in community environments—whether in Brussels, southern France, or other places—I’ve learned that true connection happens when we come together. In these spaces, I’ve seen how people support each other, fill in the gaps when needed, and help one another grow. For me, living in a community makes sense. It’s about sharing, balancing, and offering care to one another. This is a way of life I deeply value, and I love to be part of it.

Whether I’m working alone or with others, I am always present. I approach everything I do with gratitude. I love to work, to create, and to contribute, but I also love just being present in the moment, feeling life as it is. The silence, the simplicity of being, and how everything flows together—these moments hold their own beauty. Taking care of spaces, people, and each other is something I deeply enjoy. It’s not just about doing the work; it’s about infusing everything with love and intention.

This is my life—a journey of learning, giving, and embracing the beauty of the world, both within and around me.

I love taking care of all animals, people, plants—whether it’s indoor greenery or working in forests. I enjoy cooking, building with wood and metal, painting, and doing whatever needs to be done. I’ve learned everything through life by jumping in and figuring it out, and I’m always excited to try new things and get things done.
