I work in the food and nutrition industry and specialise in alternative medicine and nutrition. Also, as a person who pursues organic farming and nature conservation, I would like to learn about this field passionately.
I have lived or travelled to 32 countries. I am very interested in the diet and health of people from all over the world. I have a passion to improve their health.
I have positive, open-minded and conservative values.
I was a pianist and organist at churches in South Korea & US, UK.
I enjoy hiking and biking.
I am a healthy dieter, I eat vegetables, eggs and fish often, and I also eat chicken, goat, turkey, and lamb.
I am also very interested in design and have worked as an interior designer. I maintain a clean and organized life, and I pray and strive to live each day by properly following the calling I have been given.

Based on real-world experience gained across 32 countries, I have provided practical dietary support to friends, family, and neighbors suffering from various ailments such as depression, cancer, hypertension, and obesity, prioritizing practical application over theory. I focus particularly on research into fermented foods and the microbiome, exploring the connection between gut health and the gut-brain axis. Rooted in Korean cuisine but also deeply knowledgeable in diverse culinary traditions from Germany, Italy, and Japan, I view food not merely as a means of nutritional intake, but as an active tool for physical and mental health.
