I'm an Artist; I love designing, creating, building and making things with my hands. I'm very practical and mechanically minded. I would love to use my skills and contribute to some land projects.

Description

I'm a 30 yo Dad to a beautiful, smart little 2 yo girl, Sukha. Her Mama, Coco, and I are raising her together and we currently live in Phoenix, AZ.

We have a plan to relocate to the Grass Valley area, so I'm searching for some opportunities to come and stay in the area and see what's going on.

I want to be in an area that is more community and nature focused, with people who are trying to build some alternative or off-grid living situations.

I'm a creative Artist with skills in building, painting, CAD, some permaculture, gardening and general hands-on caretaker work with the land - I've been living in a big ass city for almost a year though so I am feeling pretty weird right now if you know what I mean haha.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Mural design and Painting - this is my main form of income at home and as I travel. Happy to create visions.

Timber-framed building experience - I have built houses commercially but I am more interested in sustainable solutions and creative designs. For the Earth!

Cooking and Housekeeping (5-star Resort) - just like a Mama.

Photoshop, Illustrator, CAD + general computer skills - too much to explain but I got you.

Yoga and exercise - I love to move around and be outdoors (indoors is still cool though) and I can do a lot of physical labor for a long period of time I’m a bit intense like that so you might need to tell me to stop.
