I'm a an enthousiastic 24-year-old currently taking a gap year after completing my university studies. Two of my biggest passions are travelling and hiking, I love being outside in nature and meeting new people from other cultures. I hope to be able to learn some new skills while volunteering, such as gardening, organic farming or (eco)building.

I would really like to ameliorate my Portuguese language skills. My mother tongue is Dutch so I can teach that language. I also speak English well but I don't think I'm good enough to be able to teach it.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I have some basic practical skills such as painting, fixing bikes and furniture, cooking and baking. In previous workaway experiences I worked for a few weeks on an organic farm where I learned some gardening and farming skills and have also been doing a lot of very basic renovating tasks such as paining, scratching walls etc. I also have been doing a lot of volunteering in summer camps for kids and have a animator certificate. However I am very eager to learn skills in different fields such as gardening, working on the land, building, woodworking etc.
Professionally speeking, I'm a doctor, but I hope I won't need those skills while travelling and volunteering ;)
