Heya, my name is Ruby :)
I am a Fine Arts student from a seaside town in Scotland🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿.
I absolutely love to be connected to the ocean and the outdoors, spending time swimming, hiking & camping, exploring the hills and lochs of home.
I am an avid reader and feel most at home surrounded by the arts: I enjoy spending time creating, knitting, listening to music and seeing live gigs. I aim to be an open minded, friendly person and love to chat about life and experience new things.
I am currently studying at uni but am looking to travel from April before heading back to work over the summer.
This year I would love to work on a sailing boat of some kind!!
Through workaway I hope to find adventure, become a more independent and confident person, help others and connect with new people and places.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I am an art student, so I'm always up for anything creative(decor, art projects etc), I also love spending time outside in nature and am open to most outdoor work/gardening. I can cook(mostly vegetarian) and have experience cooking for bigger groups of volunteers at other workaways.
I have been in the hospitality industry for over 3 years so this helps with a good work attitude and working with others.
I also have some housekeeping experience.
I do lack experience with construction/maintenance jobs but am very willing to learn new skills such as carpentry/stone work!
