Having spent far too long behind desks in the UK we are now travelling the world. We're prioritising slow travel, leaning into the experience of learning and sharing. I am a food writer, so especially also love learning recipes!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

We are both really happy outside, spending time gardening, land management, building. Whilst we don't have formal training, we are very open to learning. Rosa is also very comfortable in
the kitchen, helping to preserve foods or prepare meals. We have a fair amount of social media/online understanding also.
