Hi, I'm Rosa. I'm an art school student from Amsterdam, currently living in Utrecht, and looking for new learning experiences. I love working outdoors, cooking, building, DIY'ing, gardening and exploring nature. My studies focus on spatial design, so I am forever interested in how people live, architecture, building methods, cultural traditions, landscape design and so on. I volunteer at a community garden in Utrecht, I love building, painting and fixing things, and I have some experience in interior designing for various clients. Community and personal connection is really important to me, I like to really get to know a person/company/ecosystem/landscape when being there. Sleeping outdoors is bliss to me, I have gone camping many times. I love the company of animals, having had two dogs, three cats and some chicken while living at my parents. My biggest hobbies are cooking, drawing, building, gardening and crocheting.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Gardening; pruning, harvesting, weeding, composting
Building/DIY'ing; I have some basic knowledge of woodworking and metalworking, I am a fair painter, especially wood finishing, and I am comfortable around powertools. I have fixed and built a lot of things.
Cooking; cooking is a great expression of caretaking for me. I cook mostly vegetarian, and have since recent times cooked with seasonal vegetables only. Stews, pasta's, Japanese and Korean dishes have my heart.
Designer; I have an eye for proportion, design, and am a conceptual thinker.
Bartending/hospitality; I have 6 years barista experience and 3 years general server and bartender

I spent a month with Ronán and Cristina and worked at their beautiful project in Ireland. They are the most welcoming, community focused people who help shape a very special experience and beautiful group dynamic. Lots of love for this place and these people.
