Hey, I’m Roger, 37 years old. My happy place is usually somewhere outdoors, surrounded by nature. I love hiking, gardening, photography, woodworking and DIY projects, and I’ve always enjoyed being around animals.

I’m naturally curious and hands-on, so I really enjoy learning new skills and getting stuck into practical projects. I also love travelling, meeting people from different backgrounds and experiencing places in a more local and authentic way rather than just passing through as a tourist.

I’m happiest when I’m doing something useful, learning something new, or simply sharing good conversations, food and a few laughs with good people. I’m easygoing, respectful and always happy to lend a hand.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I’m a practical, hands-on person and I’m comfortable using tools. I really enjoy woodworking and have some experience with building and DIY projects, as well as a little welding. I also have experience with gardening, planting, harvesting, cooking and looking after animals.

I grew up in a village, so I’m used to being around nature, working with my hands and helping with whatever needs to be done. I’m not afraid of hard work and I’m always happy to learn something new. Even if I don’t have experience with a particular task, I’m a quick learner, I listen, and I’m willing to give it a try. I’m the kind of person who likes to be useful and get stuck in wherever I can help.

I love being outdoors and keeping active, but I also enjoy the quieter side of life when the weather isn’t cooperating or it’s time to slow down. I’ve always been really interested in history and can happily spend hours learning about different cultures, civilizations and historical events.

I also enjoy cooking, playing chess, photography and discovering interesting places and stories. A good evening for me could be cooking a nice meal, having a game of chess, sharing a few laughs and good conversation, or watching an interesting historical documentary. I’m always curious and enjoy learning something new, whether it’s a new skill, a new recipe or simply something about the world.
