Hi! My name is Rizwan, I'm a recent college graduate concluding a fulfilling year of travel. My goal for this Summer is simple; LEARN & EXPLORE :)
I am a natural people-person and love creating connections with the people & world around me. I carry good & personable energy and spread it where I go. I really enjoy making the people around me feel happy & relaxed. I'm super down to earth, laid-back, and kind. I think one of my best qualities is I am a natural boost of morale in groups. In a world of "energizers" and "organizers" - I am an energizer.
One of the most maturing experiences I've had in my life is spending 5 years as a camp counselor. I learned a lot about working in a team and earning my place in a group unit. I learned how to work hard and play harder. I'm a natural empath and will almost always have a smile on my face (mainly because I just whitened my teeth and these pearly whites are on display baby!)

I'm in the post-graduation phase of my life right now where I'm enjoying the conclusion of my young adult years and looking inward to figure out more about myself. I am hoping that I come to unravel more while traveling, and I'm making an effort to exist outside my usual comfort zones. I am learning much about myself & the world right now and would love to learn with the right people.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

- In college I regularly edited my classmate's essays (in exchange for pizza). I am a good writer and am willing to tutor/help in anything English-related.

- I'm an experienced distance runner and am physically active, healthy, and versatile. I've been running for over 10 years and would love to share what I can about the sport.

- I love working with kids! I have 5 years of experience as a camp counselor and upcoming plans to teach in Asia. I have supported kids of all ages in many different settings. I led running clubs, directed musicals, facilitated disaster relief trips around America, and more. I love working with kids. People tend to generally enjoy my company, but kids definitely like me the most lol.

-I have a genuine interest in learning new skills. Really down to try anything.
-I am a team player. It makes me anxious to be a bad team player. When it comes to a group, I always try to pull my weight.
- I would say I'm overall a kind & fun person! I love a good time!

-I love music and connecting with people through music. I always have a speaker with me and a tune playing in my head :)
-In 2019 I ran for 7-weeks across the United States to support young adults in the cancer community. My team & I was on the news in some pretty small towns around the US.
-I'm a social extrovert coupled with some introverted needs. I love to socialize, but at times when I need to recharge, I rest best by having some time to chill alone (this is very important to my personality. You will definitely see when my social meter is low and I will definitely advocate for myself when I need alone-time)
-Humor, kindness, and respect are the most important qualities I practice & look for in the people I meet.
-Absolutely love animals.
-I have a very open mind and love learning about everything. I'm very curious!! I am down for it all
