I’m Ray, from Aotearoa (New Zealand)😌

I’m currently travelling Europe for a few months to broaden my horizon. My previous travelling experience has been to Taiwan on an Indigenous Cultural Exchange and sailing from NZ to Australia.

At home I work with indigenous kids/ teenagers from ages 7-18. I also do some diving work.

Some of the main things I’d love to learn on my travels are horse riding, dancing, earth building and things involving art. Some things I’d love to continue doing is hiking, biking, surfing and/ or diving.

I speak fluent English & Te Reo Māori and am working on my Español (beginner level & would love to keep learning). Also open to learning Deutsch or other indigenous languages .

I would love to contribute to like-minded projects 🌞

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

A lot of my work experience has been in conservation, often on off shore islands. This involved pest management, general maintenance, working in the ocean & forest and more.

I’m a qualified diver and have worked as a diver in both conservation and health.

I’ve got a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Botany.

Otherwise I also have work experience with children.

I have a passion for culture and learning so am also open to picking new things up!
