Hello and welcome,

I have the pleasure to present myself when you are reading this profile and I already can appreciate your time and attention for coming here and see if something can resonate with you in this moment.

I just created this account so I don't have any references by the moment.

My name it's Rainen and i'm from Menorca although i'm living in the Canary Islands for more than one year now sharing a life in a community that hold and carries out a Retreat Center located in the Island of La Gomera.

I'm very into self-growth.

Personal development in any area of my life (relationships and work related mainly) is what moves me and keeps me interested and alive.

Art and beauty take a very big piece in life for me as it is everywhere if oneself has the eyes to see it and feel it.

I love music and play guitar since years but not so into it by the moment although i know i'll get back to it at some point and although normally I will be open to share music with others and have nice and beautiful encounters of singing, playing and feeling if the chance is arriving and I feel I want to do it. Among all the styles, flamenco touches me the most as I have blood from the south of Spain (my parents are from Andalusia and Extremadura).

I'm also in contact with sport since teenager and have had different experiences with different kind of sports, either collectively also individually, outdoor and indoor.

I did a Master Webinar in Personal Development of 7 months by the University of self-knowledge Kuestiona, Barcelona 2022-2023. This course happened at the beginning of my call for spiritual growth and opened many possibilities and paths for entering into this kind of approach to life.
Since then i'm in contact to meditation and different nourishing and uplifting practices that keep my life full of beauty and connection.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I can offer my skills in the kitchen since I'm currently cooking for 40-60 people on a vegeterian/vegan base in a retreat center and having the experience of living in a community located in the Canary Islands since more than one year now.

I've also been giving support to the housekeeping department during this year so i'm also in contact with the skills of cleaning and tyding up different spaces.

I consider the listening nd getting in real contact with another one of my best skills. to create the space for real sharing to happen and therefore grow together as human beings.

As a final gift to the world in this moment, i'm currently entering into the world of holistic bodywork and spiritual healing. The technique in my formation of this camp has in part the essence of Esalen Massage and i'm giving session through the last 3 months.
