Hi! We’re two easygoing, down-to-earth friends from Canada who are excited to explore the world through Workaway. We’re both outgoing, adaptable, and always up for trying something new. Whether it’s learning a new skill, experiencing a different culture, or stepping outside our comfort zones, we love embracing new opportunities.

We decided to become Workawayers because we want to immerse ourselves in different communities before settling into our long-term careers. We believe there's so much to learn from meeting people with different backgrounds and ways of life, and we're excited to make meaningful connections along the way.

Throughout high school, we were involved in a variety of leadership clubs and activities, which taught us the importance of teamwork, communication, and being dependable. We’ve also played rugby together for the past four years, and that’s where our friendship began. Rugby has taught us resilience, discipline, and how to work hard while having fun.

Although we haven’t had many opportunities to travel (especially independently)
we’re excited to change that. We’re looking forward to meeting new people, contributing wherever we can, and experiencing everyday life in new places. We’re chill, respectful, hardworking, and always happy to lend a hand. We hope to leave every place better than we found it while creating unforgettable memories along the way!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Through years of playing rugby together we've played through rain, snow, hail and more, ultimately building our friendship, while still juggling work and school in the. Going through these events has built our resilience and adaptability and caused us to work hard on and off the field. Separately we have volunteered in leadership communities, children's summer camps, sports teams, and lots more events. We are also always eager to do something fun, new, and interesting without complaints. If you were to ask anyone on our team they'd say we're the life of the party!
