Description
Hey there, we are Bene and Lea (but you can call me Polly) from Germany!
During this winter we will travel through South America, preferably Columbia, Peru and Bolivia.
We've been a couple since two years now. We mostly travelled TO each other due to several stays abroad during our studies, and less WITH each other. Now it's the time to change that :-)
We are excited to meet new people, cultures, learn and listen. We would love to help with permaculture or other farming and building projects as we intend to live on a farm once ourselves.
But a little bit more about us:
Bene (28) just finished his masters degree in energy economics and will start to work full time after our travels. He loves to do sports, eat delicious food and discuss sustainable economic and political opportunities for the future. His main goal of the trip is to speak Spanish on a fluent, everyday level. He initiated this journey and can't wait to finally experience the places to meet in South America!
Polly (28) studies German and Political science. Although her interests spread far wider than that. Her heart beats for theatre, art, music, bouldering and working in and with the nature. If she could she would change her profession every 5 years. If you are up for a discussion we could endlessly talk about systemic discrimination, LGBTQA+ rights, feminism and alternative lifestyles.
She already traveled with workaway to Canada and the USA in 2019. Six years later she wants to continue this great adventure!

We would love to improve our Spanish (currently: Bene B1, Polly A1)! In exchange we can teach German (Polly is about to finish her bachelors degree in German) and English.
