Hi, my name is Pedro, I am 32 years old and I am eager to experience as much of the world as possible. My profession is chef cook, I studied gastronomy in Panama City and I have 10 years of culinary work experience in different restaurants in different cities of Panama. Since I love getting to know new ways of living and other countries I decided to travel, and thats why I am currently looking for new volunteer opportunities in Europe.
I have a wide range of skills in the kitchen, where I love experimenting with flavors, textures, and local ingredients to create dishes that surprise and delight. I’m an hard working, easy-going, adaptable person who enjoys learning about different cultures and bringing people together through food. Beyond cooking, I’m always up for new experiences, exploring different places, enjoying nature, taking care of pets and doing sports like swimming, dancing and surfing.
A little more about my personality: I am very open-minded, responsible, easy to handle and a quick learner. I am excited to seize every opportunity to travel around the world and cook in different places, make memories with new people, learn a language and broaden my horizon.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I have 10 years of work experience and I’m proficient in a wide range of cooking styles —Mediterranean, Asian fusion, classic French, vegetarian, and vegan cuisine are a few favourites. I’m always eager to explore new recipes and techniques, especially when it involves local ingredients and traditions.I love working with fresh products and enjoy any chance to cook with ingredients straight from the garden. If you have a garden or farm, I’d love to help with planting, harvesting, and turning produce into seasonal dishes. I’m also happy to share cooking tips and knowledge I accumulated through the years or lead a workshop - I find joy in helping others develop their own culinary skills.
