Description

My name is Peter Sedláček. I am 44 years old, and my friends and family call me Pepe. I am the father of 2 beautiful children (Oskar & Olívia) and the husband of the wonderful woman Pavlínka. Family is exceptionally important to me and, at the same time, the strongest value and motivation that drive me forward every day.

Currently, I work as a PR manager in a company that operates of pharmacies chain in Slovakia. As a communicator, I primarily handle the "classic PR" agenda, including public and media relations, as well as creativity and content creation. I actively participate in internal communication and am also responsible for the company's CSR activities. In addition, I lead a team that sets and develops the sustainability strategy of our company.

In the nonprofit sector, I am also active in my personal life. My wife and I founded a non-profit association. She works as an art-therapist and teacher too, and I prepare a program for the integration and leisure development of seniors, mainly through the game of pétanque, which I have been actively involved in for over 20 years, primarily as a player.

But I love any kind of sport. If I had to say what is important to me besides family, it would be sports and spending time with friends during its performance. Among the favorite sports that I practice with greater or lesser intensity, in addition to pétanque, include mountain biking, hiking, climbing, skialpinism and snowboarding. If I were to stick to winter activities, about 6 seasons ago, I discovered winter swimming, and since then, it has become my positive addiction.

And of course, there is much more to tell, but we'll talk about it when we meet someday. Because, as my friends say, I am very talkative... in fact, I prefer listening to other people's stories even more.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

From a professional point of view, I can help with communication and marketing in case someone needs it for the development of their business or knows how to use my experience for their own development.

For workaway projects, however, I would like to detach myself from my professional life and help in other areas.

I might highlight that I am very skilled. Not a super-professional, but I can handle many works with wood, tools, etc. I built or renovated many things around our house myself.

Although I am not a trained instructor, I can guide people in sports activities.

I have experience in event management and I am creative, so if you are planning a social event during my presence, I can help with the creative or implementation.

I'm not a professional cook, but I love cooking. I also know how to bake...although only 1 cake, but if you taste it, you will fall in love with it 😊

I am hardworking and persistent. I like to take up any job, be it chopping wood, building, cooking, fishing, digging a well or anything else.
I SIMPLY I WANT TO BY HELPFUL, and to fully enjoy the moment when I do it.
