I am 38 years old, originally from Czech but have been living in Australia over 16 years now.
I am currently working as a chalet chef in Meribel, France and looking to slow down and disconnect from the busy working life style. Re-Connect with nature and surround myself with farm animals and help with all-house project where can.
I grew up training horses and looked after children of all ages. I am very hard working person, respectful and I believe I can add a lot to the household, community or family.
My dream is to build a tiny house and live a sustainable life, therefor I believe I can find the right place here to learn from in an exchange for my cooking, amongst other skills.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I am a hospitality profesional with proven skills and experience in management, recruitment, staff training and fine dining.
Recently I have drifted away from front of house duties and dived into cooking. I freelance as a yacht CHEF.
I have done 2 snow seasons in Falls Creek Australia as a restaurant manager and then chef and seeking similar work opportunities where I can add a value to the team as well as grow and extend my skills.
