Description

My name is Patrick I was born and raised in Stuttgart, southern Germany, my father is German and my mother is from Brazil. Having those two nationalities and knowing both countries well, I always had a different perspective on live as we know it, with a great desire of getting out of my comfort zone and getting to know other cultures and mentalities. My goal for my 20s is to travel the world and learn new skills for life, that’s why I decided to leave Germany when I was 19 years old after graduating high school. I was tired of the regular and ordinary life that most of the people live there. On my journey traveling it was always very important for me that I study and learn new things and get experiences in all kinds of places. Today I have a degree as a Technician of Nature and Adventure Tourism, a degree to teach Languages(English and German), I’m a Scuba Diver and also got a Boat license as Local Skipper. I have a very strong connection with nature, I’m not a city person that’s why I always need to be out in the wild and specially being very active. I do a lot of Sports everyday, with Yoga being part of my routine. The last 2 years I worked as a Guide doing Kayak and Sup Tours, Surfing Lessons and Coasteering. This experience shows my passion for the sea doing activities and specially, working with people. Teaching and instructing are one of the things I wanna do for life, I love dealing with people no matter how old or wherever from. Combining this with my affinity for learning languages and communication, I realized, that I feel very full filled working as a Guide. Now I am looking for my next adventure ready to learn new skills and maybe even share some of my knowledge.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Since 2020 I teach English and German online while traveling, during COVID i decided to study something that allows me to work remotely that’s why I decided to get my TEFL Diploma. As I loved talking to people and getting to know new cultures, learning languages was one of my strengths. I now speak 4 languages fluently, German, English, Portuguese and Spanish and a little bit of French and Italian as well.
I have a degree as Technician of Nature and Adventure Tourism, and during this two years of studying in Portugal I also got my boat license and scuba diving license.
Back in Germany I worked around 3 years with primary school children, while studying in high school at the same time, organizing a school holiday program in which the children learn about cinematic and get the chance to create their own short movie.
After doing this for around 3 years I worked at the car production of Mercedes Benz and afterwards in the Development Center of Stihl testing the prototypes in the forest.
I also have my own little business, i create and sell Accessories which i crochet by myself.
