I have always had a deep desire to travel around the world. My passion for different cultures, landscapes and ways of life drives me to explore new horizons. Throughout my journey, I have discovered a special connection to rural environments, particularly farms and working with animals. These places bring me a unique peace and allow me to feel truly in tune with nature.

On my personal journey, I am in a process of self-discovery, seeking to understand myself better through my experiences and the work I do. I am convinced that this journey will help me to find my true vocation. I am a born worker, always ready to give my best in any task that comes my way. I consider myself to be committed, responsible and with a great work ethic, characteristics that have allowed me to face new challenges with passion and dedication.

I have experience in:
- Gardening ( planting, pruning, weed control, mulching, watering, irrigation).
- Handling all kinds of gardening machines (chainsaw, mowers, hedgers, whipper snipper, spray bags)
- Tractors
- Horses and dogs ( box cleanings, feeds, maintain hygiene, safely handling, bathe )
- Farm maintenance ( fencing, electric fancing, water troughs, basic plumbing)

I love music, and one of my favorite things is playing the guitar at sunset while enjoying a beer. I also play a bit of harmonica. In addition, I really enjoy reading as it allows me to disconnect and immerse myself in other stories. Animals and nature are a big part of my life; I love spending time with them and being outdoors. I enjoy walking in the mountains, exploring, and soaking in the peace that nature brings. I also want to get back into horseback riding, as I used to ride a while ago and would love to experience it again.

This place is the perfect spot to enjoy some peace and quiet on the outskirts of Kathmandu, but still really close to the city center if you want to explore. It’s a great mix of calm and easy access to the city.

Rodrigo is one of those rare people one encounters in life who can fit in easily and enjoy himself whilst at the same time being a pleasure to have around. I thoroughly enjoyed his company and helpfulness. He was consistently polite and kind and thoughtful. I recommend this good man to any host.

Rod stayed at my place for 10 days, he is not only easy to have around but also a very capable worker and was a great help with outdoor tasks. My animals loved him and he was also very capable with the horses and quiet around them. Milking a goat was also on his list of chores which he tackled easily. Would highly recommend him to another host.
